New kindergarten students must be five years old by Sept. 1, 2019, or born on or before September 1, 2014. Parents/guardians may begin the registration process online at https://www.hermiston.k12.or.us/apps/pages/registration/, click on “Register NEW Students Online,” and answer all questions that apply.
If the parent/guardian does not have access to a computer, they may come to the District Office, located at 305 SW 11th Street, on Thursday, April 18, from 7:30 am-7:30 pm, to register their kindergarten student. Parents/guardians will need to provide the child’s birth record (birth certificate, baptismal certificate or passport); proof of residence; and health/immunization records. Bilingual staff will be available to assist.
Los estudiantes nuevos que entrarán al kínder deben tener 5 años de edad antes del 1 de septiembre del 2019 o haber nacido en o antes del 1 de septiembre del 2014. Los padres/tutores necesitarán llevar comprobante del archivo de nacimiento de su hijo/a (el acta de nacimiento, certificado de bautismo o pasaporte); comprobante de domicilio; y expediente de vacunas. Intérpretes estarán disponibles.
